Religious Education
Religious education is the cornerstone of our parish.  It is important for the growth and spiritual well-being of our youth and vital to the future of our faith community.
We are always looking for volunteers to help teach the future leaders of our parish.  There is nothing more important that you can do for us!
To volunteer or to register your child in our program, you can download the form below and return it to the parish office or call the parish office.

Susan Zahn
Our religious education program meets on the first Sunday of each month from September through June.
The classes run from 8:00am to noon starting at the 8:00am mass.

The program is based on the following:
1 hour of liturgy starting with the 8:00am mass.
1/2 hour of music and 1/2 hour of art.
2 hours of classroom studies
Classes meet twice per month on alternating Sundays at St. Jude's Parish from 9:30am to noon.
Confirmation is a two year program.  Both years must be completed to receive this sacrament.
In our diocese, Bishop Matano requires all students, including those in parochial school, to attend the parish preparatory program.
Each Confirmation Candidate is required to perform 7 liturgical and 7 community service hours each year.
Susan has taken on this roll to help steer the candidates as to where and how they can fulfill their service ours.

Pillars 1-4 are now available on DVD.
